Ashley Cole had gone out on a drinking binge whilst his wife Cheryl braved danger for the Comic Relief Charity.

During his evening out with fellow footballers, Asley Cole was seen close up and personal with a stunning mystery blonde.

Cheryl is said to be furious with her husband’s behaviour, as he had promised faithfully not to go out whilst his wife was away.

Cole reportedly cheated on Cheryl with a blonde hairdresser, Aimee Walton, 22, in 2007, but Cheryl took him back and forgave him as long as he promised to tow the line in future.

A further string of woman came out of the woodwork and claimed they too had slept with Cole after Aimee told all.

Cheryl cried when she heard the news. A member of the expedition said: “She was very worried – really low.”

A cameraman who had witnessed the incident took photographs of the intimate pair. One of Cole’s minders snatched the camera from his hand and Cole shouted abuse at the unhappy snapper.

Cole was arrested for being drunk and disorderly and taken to the police station. He was fined £80.00 for his abusive behaviour and spent the night in the cells.

He is also said to have been fined by Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink, to the tune of £160,000, about two weeks’ wages, for his behaviour.

The Sun newspaper had the photos and Cole immediately slapped a ban on their use of them, saying it was an infringement of his personal privacy under the Human Rights Act.

The newspaper has now been banned from using them in any of their publications under threat of legal action for aggravated damages from Cole.

Cole was seated in a cordoned-off area of the Collection night club in South Kensington, with team-mates Michael Mancienne and John Terry and accompanied by a group of girls.

According to witnesses Cole was seen talking to a blonde in a blue sparkly, mini-dress. The stunning blonde placed her hands on Cole’s lap and leaned in close and was whispering in his ear.

Cole claims he and the woman were having an “intellectual conversation”. – Yea…Right! - He may have a bit of defending to do, ‘off’ the pitch.

He told pals: “I’m not worried. Everything will be ok. Cheryl understands what it’s like. My team mates were there – they will back me up.” – I’m sure they will Ashley – I’m sure they will.

Cheryl has returned to Britain today but Ashley is away with the Chelsea team and won’t be back until Wednesday.
